We want you to embark on a sensory journey with confidence; if your fragrance discovery is not what you imagined, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our olfactory concierge team via our contact form or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the unopened Memo Paris fragrance in its original cellophane-wrapped packaging and secure it inside the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
